NEXT GEN SERIES

We are often surprised and a little "out of our league" with claiming "soil to service" as a thing. We started with small beginnings; literally a handful of seeds and a spading fork as we confronted an open field the first time. We would throw an annual Harvest Party and spend several days cooking these dishes with the amazing food that we grew and invite everyone to a "potluck" style dinner. It was big then and now after 30 years of inching our way along a unique pathway of our own design we're still a little surprised and "out of our league" but instead of overwhelm we often to say "to heck with it - the universe wouldn't give us this opportunity and expect us to mess it up".
