The Owners
Eric and Christine Taylor, farmers and chefs, have been pioneers of the local food movement since 1993. Following a passion for growing food they embarked on a lifelong journey to create a year round regional, seasonal, sustainable food system - thus Outer Aisle was born. It didn't stop there!
Taking it a step further they naturally evolved their other great love in preparing and creating seasonal celebration menus.
It was always a feature of their farm to host "harvest dinners" for the community- so now with an amazing kitchen and venue preparing and serving "soil to service" menus is a dream come true.

Eric and Christine have worked to create more than a farm, but a connected experience grounded in stewardship, nourishment, and gathering.
"As farmers we know quality, variety and seasonality like the back of our hands. Our growing methods, care of the land and soil, saving seed and selecting the tastiest of varieties has nurtured a “foodie” revival that many can’t live without."
