The Owners
Eric and Christine Taylor, farmers and chefs, have been pioneers of the local food movement since 1993. Following a passion for growing food they embarked on a lifelong journey to create a year round regional, seasonal, sustainable food system - thus Outer Aisle was born. It didn't stop there!
Taking it a step further they naturally evolved their other great love in preparing and creating seasonal celebration menus.
It was always a feature of their farm to host "harvest dinners" for the community- so now with an amazing kitchen and venue preparing and serving "soil to service" menus is a dream come true.
Eric and Christine have worked to create more than a farm, but a connected experience grounded in stewardship, nourishment, and gathering.
