Our menus can be tailored to your palate. We often cook Vegetarian and can either pair this with a protein or create a menu around the seasons. 

We love to create menus inspired by cuisines from other countries. - like this Vietnamese style menu we prepared for a wedding a few years back.

Our love of food goes way back. Eric's childhood memories of foraging in the backyard and several trips to Europe as a young person influenced by tastes and smells so different from the American fast food culture. And Christine, her Lebanese family history with it's array of Mediterranean style dishes graced the many extended family gatherings.
